1. To provide a vehicle which will facilitate the dissemination of information concerning the Ballot Question of Nov
2, 2010, which shall query the citizens of Maryland as to the formation of a constitutional assembly.
2. To make
available a nonpartisan forum which will allow for the free exchange of ideas and discussion regarding the strengths and weaknesses
of our current constitution.
3. To offer a platform which will enable the citizens of Maryland to broaden and strengthen
their knowledge of our current constitution and the political system itself.
